The Brockman is a modern classic adapted from a 1921 vintage Beaux-Arts legendary building. The 7th and Grand location is in the heart of Los Angeles' downtown arts and cultural renaissance. With unmatched architectural details and building finishes, the Brockman has been recreated as 80 elegant lofts. Exposed brick walls and light-flooded rooms add to the look and feel of open, spacious lofts. The site features 360 degrees of unobstructed panoramic views.
Southern California-based West Millennium Group hired Openfield Creative to capture the elegance of The Brockman. The new site included an interactive floor plan feature that allowed users to view available units with and without furniture, as well as, provided room measurement tools that helped them plan for their future home. The interactive area map gave home buyers a taste of living in this vibrant urban environment.
Because a development such as The Brockman unfolds over many phases, Openfield helped stage the launch of new content and features on the site over 18 months to keep pace with new updates, photos and sales info pertinent to potential buyers, investors and area businesses.
