Big changes are coming to Acura's service bays. The entire Acura Service operation is converting to a new integrated wireless system designed to eliminate bottlenecks, increase accuracy and raise customer satisfaction. And with their annual dealer show upon them, the automaker needed a way to quickly and effectively communicate the upcoming requirements to owners and operators in their network of dealerships.
As part of a comprehensive dealer education campaign led by our friends at Spohn Design in Redondo Beach, CA, Openfield produced this three minute video for Acura's annual dealer show. The video is designed to deliver top-level info about the upcoming service bay technology upgrades that all Acura dealerships must undergo in the coming year.
To maximize budget and schedule, the piece utilizes the design scheme and content created for the program by Spohn Design. The resulting motion graphics piece aired at the annual dealer show in September of 2010.
